It may also conduct intra-community transactions as well as the processing of the goods it trades. It trades textile products at both retail and wholesale levels. By using the online store, the promotion of this specific store and the variety of items it trades, is achieved across the internet.

Our company is not responsible for the timely notification of these to the users using its website, and it is not responsible for any omissions or errors that may rarely occur in the characteristics of its fabrics.

They have the option to view their previous orders and check the status of their current order. For wholesale users, the first time they register, as they will be asked for personal details of their company, they will need to wait for these to be verified by us to successfully register on the website.

3. Order Modification

You have the option as a member to modify your order or even delete it through our system, as long as the Change - Delete button is displayed. If your order has been printed or executed by us, you do not have the option to change or delete it.

The cost of cash on delivery is higher than a simple shipment with payment upon order completion. The cash on delivery is handled by ACS Courier, for domestic transports, with which our company cooperates, and payment is made upon receipt of your package.

Transactions are conducted through Piraeus Bank and Mastercard, and the security of transactions is provided by Piraeus Bank.

Shipping Methods

The shipment of products usually occurs on the same day with a courier company, provided the order is made by 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., and the product is readily available. Immediately after the delivery of packages to the courier, an email with the ACS tracking code is sent, with which you can track your package’s progress by contacting any of their stores or through the following link: ACS Courier - Αναζήτηση Αποστολών. Courier shipments usually take 1-2 business days to be delivered nationwide, except for weekends when they arrive at the beginning of the next week. For wholesale product orders, the estimated delivery times of packages may differ from those mentioned above, as large quantities in meters usually take more time to complete. We reserve the right in cases of force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, etc.). When there is an indication of out of stock, it is unknown if and when it will be available again. The shipping cost is fixed per package according to the dimensions followed by ACS’s package policy. This cost is fixed and varies depending on whether the shipment is cash on delivery or not. In the first case, there is an additional charge. The cost is displayed each time at the end of the order when it is approved by us, before being paid by the customer, showing the number of packages required for its completion and shipment.

For international orders, shipments are only made after prior arrangement with our store, either by phone or via the email addresses provided (see: Contact Page). The cost in these cases will be specified in the order, once it is approved, and before the payment is made by the customer. As with domestic orders, the order will indicate the number of parcels or pallets required for its completion and shipment.

Returns

• Product returns are accepted only after consultation with our store.

• No returns are accepted for fabrics that have been cut to measure. We do not accept returns due to withdrawal (change of mind) for fabrics that have been cut according to the measurements you provided, as these cannot be resold at their original value in our store.

• No returns are accepted for international orders, as it would be extremely difficult, time-consuming, and costly for both parties. To avoid such situations, there will always be an open communication channel between both parties during the execution of the order, with additional photographic material of the order's progress, as well as written emails, or even by phone.

• We accept returns only when there are proven, visible defects such as color alterations, miscuts, or bars, and only if the fabric has not been washed or altered (e.g., sewn fabric).

• For returns, the shipping costs are borne by the customer, with the sole exception of cases where the wrong item has been sent instead of the requested one.
