Returns

• Product returns are accepted only after consultation with our store.

• No returns are accepted for fabrics that have been cut to measure. We do not accept returns due to withdrawal (change of mind) for fabrics that have been cut according to the measurements you provided, as these cannot be resold at their original value in our store.

• No returns are accepted for international orders, as it would be extremely difficult, time-consuming, and costly for both parties. To avoid such situations, there will always be an open communication channel between both parties during the execution of the order, with additional photographic material of the order's progress, as well as written emails, or even by phone.

• We accept returns only when there are proven, visible defects such as color alterations, miscuts, or bars, and only if the fabric has not been washed or altered (e.g., sewn fabric).

• For returns, the shipping costs are borne by the customer, with the sole exception of cases where the wrong item has been sent instead of the requested one.
