Delivery Information

The shipment of products usually occurs on the same day with a courier company, provided the order is made by 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., and the product is readily available. Immediately after the delivery of packages to the courier, an email with the ACS tracking code is sent, with which you can track your package’s progress by contacting any of their stores or through the following link: ACS Courier - Αναζήτηση Αποστολών. Courier shipments usually take 1-2 business days to be delivered nationwide, except for weekends when they arrive at the beginning of the next week. For wholesale product orders, the estimated delivery times of packages may differ from those mentioned above, as large quantities in meters usually take more time to complete. We reserve the right in cases of force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, etc.). When there is an indication of out of stock, it is unknown if and when it will be available again. The shipping cost is fixed per package according to the dimensions followed by ACS’s package policy. This cost is fixed and varies depending on whether the shipment is cash on delivery or not. In the first case, there is an additional charge. The cost is displayed each time at the end of the order when it is approved by us, before being paid by the customer, showing the number of packages required for its completion and shipment.

For international orders, shipments are only made after prior arrangement with our store, either by phone or via the email addresses provided (see: Contact Page). The cost in these cases will be specified in the order, once it is approved, and before the payment is made by the customer.
